Carine has spent 15 years working for one of the most prestigious law firms in Canada, both as an associate and as a partner. She has appeared numerous times before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeals. She has argued high profile cases, some of which advanced the law and were being taught in law schools and business schools. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including international litigation and class actions. She has worked on many cases involving alleged fraud, privacy violations, violations of the Competition Act and various other subjects. She also has a vast experience in corporate law and can assist entrepreneurs from the creation and organisation of their company to its sale. As a lawyer, she participated in some of the most important mediations in Quebec history.
